Here are 3 natural ways to help you stay well during flu season that are more than the basics. Consume concentrated, enzyme-rich nutrients to provide lots of antioxidants, phytochemicals and curative properties. Drink a lot of nutrient-dense fluids from newly juiced fruits and vegetables to permit the body to quickly take in and retain crucial elements essential for staying well. Eat and drink a broad diversity of nutrients from various sources to maintain a well-adjusted diet for maximum wellbeing. If you do these three things on top of the fundamentals, you vastly improve your probability to stay well during flu season.

Let’s face it -- the majority of us struggle to get it all right all the time. We may keep fit and get an adequate amount of rest. We may get sunlight and clean air. We may avoid drugs, alcohol and tobacco. We may even consume only natural whole foods. But do we do it all the time or in a balanced way? Odds are for the majority of us the answer is no. Is there anything we can do to protect ourselves during times of higher susceptibility like during cold and flu season? In my opinion, of course there is.

We understand the fundamentals on how to stay well during flu season. The basics include:
Staying away from getting sick by avoiding contact with microorganisms
* By washing your hands often

* Avoiding people, especially sick people

* Getting an adequate amount of exercise
* Getting lots of clean air
* Getting some sunshine

There is more to staying well under hard times than simply steering clear of the negatives, getting rest, fresh air, exercise and sunlight. We need to do more than the basics. We should not only avoid junk food, but also consume superior nutrition. This helps protect the body naturally so the body is able to fight off infection and stay well during flu season. What the body needs to safeguard itself is:
* Concentrated, enzyme-rich nutrients
* Lots of nutrient-dense fluids

Enzymes have the capability to speed medicinal benefits and guard the body from free radicals and illness. Concentrate constituents by juicing enzyme-rich fresh fruits and vegetables. This provides the body with nutrient-dense liquids to help protect and feed cells as well as flush toxins out of the body. The best, easiest way to eat and drink a broad array of concentrated foods is to use a juicer that juices both vegetables and fruits.

For maximum nutrition and enzyme concentration, consume sprouts, the essence of the perfect superior food. Sprouting grains, seeds, beans and legumes helps to ensure enzyme-rich nourishment and supplies alternative food sources for a more balanced diet. Consume sprouts in salads, on sandwiches and some even juice well. You can even dry the sprouts and mill them to make flour.

It is very inexpensive, simple to clean and requires less chopping. You can even juice small to intermediate size apples whole.
