If you have been a fan of Japanese manga and have always been looking for their factual information because you think that knowledge is wealth then you have come to the right place my friend. If you have been wondering about the series Death Note and couldn't find much information about the same over the internet then this would be your pit stop. Because I have brought together 4 facts about Death Note that you will find informative.

Origin
Japanese manga series "Death Note" was first serialized in a Japanese manga magazine into 108 episodes. The famous japanese writer Tsugmi and renowned japanese artist Takeshi Obata created this. This series was published in the magazine from December 2003 to May 2006. This was the stepping stone for this intriguing manga. Since then it has been adapted into TV series, action movie, a light novel and the death note episodes have found their way into equally intriguing video games.

The Story
The lead character Light Yagami who has supernatural powers falls on a notebook about which the story is. He later finds out that he actually has the gift to kill those whose names he writes into the book. Both the end of Light and the book is described after the twists and turns that are there in this particular story.

Banned In China
In the republic of China the government officials banned the release and viewing of the death note. The only reason being, many school children have adapted the Death Note episodes in reality and started maintaining a notebook. They wrote names of their adversaries and people who gave them trouble. The list also included names of their teachers to be killed at the earliest. To protect both the physical and mental health of their nation's children the death note episodes had to be banned as per the claims of the oficials of the People's republic of china.

Similarity
It is believed that the 2006 version of the Death Note is a slightly modified version of "The Miraculous Notebook" which was published in 1973 in the magazine Comic Mystery. A 24 page illustrated one-shot is what this is. Shigeru Mizuki wrote this. The only difference is that in the Death Note the Japanese god of death Shinigami had dropped the supernatural notebook titled "Death Note" on earth which was later found by the lead character Light Yagami.

A 44 year old man with more ups and downs in his life is the lead character in the mirculous notebook When prayers were being offered by him at a shrine by accident he falls upon this miraculous notebook. This book was found next to a dead person whose name was written last on the book.

The events are similar in both the Death Note and The Miraculous Notebook except for the god of death, Shinigami.
For you most in a single page must be les informative than this. Trust me when I say that the Death Note episodes are thrilling breath taking. Watch them for yourself and you will know how great the work of the writer, artist and the director is. You have to watch death note yourself to understand if it is the rationality behind banning the death note episodes that is wondering you. Happy viewing…
