There are many people who dread having to write papers or articles. Many simply feel like it's too much work and it is a worthless task when no one reads them. And, let's face it, some articles really are boring, with no life in them. Well, articles are intended to be read, that’s their purpose to communicate your point and information. If it isn't read then it really is a waste of time and effort.

So, it should be clear that articles must be written correctly to be read. It’s just a matter of making them appealing. Writing a lively article doesn’t have to be exhausting and an exertion. You simply need to remember a few key ideas and recall some things you already know. Once you get the hang of it, composing articles can be fun, as well as profitable for you and your web site.

Of course, the articles you create must be about a topic you are familiar with. That’s why if you own a well developed website, you most likely are already knowledgeable about the topical area and theme. When you write about something that interests you, you won’t have a hard time since you already understand what it is and what it’s about. It’s merely a matter of making your articles inventive and appealing.

To ensure that your articles get read and enjoyed, here are six red hot tips to get your articles read. These tips will make your articles readable and appealing.

1) Write "to the point" paragraphs. When paragraphs are awfully long, the expressions get muddled in the mind of the reader. A large quantity of text can get quite confusing and look as if it's too much of a demanding task to read. The reader will swiftly forget about the article and move on to articles that are less challenging. Your articles must look inviting as well as read properly. Paragraphs can be a single sentence, sometimes even a single word!

2) Use bullet points to set off important ideas. As you describe each theme use numbers and bullets to rapidly make each point simple to remember and assimilate. As each point, tip, guide or approach is started with a bullet point, readers will recognize that this is where the tips start. Format you bullets and numbers with indentations so that your article won’t appear to be sequential blocks of square paragraphs. Add a little bit of style and pizazz to your article's shape.

3) Use Sub-headings to sub-divide your paragraphs in the page. Doing this will break each point into sections. It will be easier for the reader to advance from one point to the next. The transitions will be smooth and easy. You will never lose your readers attention and they will easily grasp the general direction of your article.

4) Provide an attention-grabbing title. If your title can capture someone's curiosity you’re already half way there in getting another reader of your article. Use words and phrases that people are looking for. Make sure your title expresses your article's information, but it should also be brief and succinct.

5) Hold your reader's interest from the start to the finish. From your opening paragraph, use real life situations that can be recognized by the reader. Use good descriptions and metaphors to drive home your point, just don't use them excessively. Driving your thoughts home with realistic metaphors and similes makes it simple for readers to picture what you are talking about. Make the experience pleasing for them.

6) Add statistics when needed so they are not just ordinary and insipid statements. Using precise facts and statistics can heighten your article's value because it makes it convincing. However, don't make your article a list of statistics. Statistics should help make a point, not be the point. Use statistics especially when they expose a counterintuitive thought.
