A NEW MIND TO THINK AND GET RICH

What kind of character are you allowing your thoughts to build? Will you entertain pure thoughts, so that you can have joy in your life or will you entertain evil thoughts and have pain and suffering? Our ability to get rich will depend on the thoughts we think. Paul the Apostle warns:

“And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2).

In order to think and get rich we may need to have a new mind-a new way of thinking.

When we begin to transform our minds God promises:

“For here's what I'm going to do: I'm going to take you out of these countries, gather you from all over, and bring you back to your own land. I'll pour pure water over you and scrub you clean. I'll give you a new heart; put a new spirit in you.

I'll remove the stone heart from your body and replace it with a heart that's God-willed, not self-willed. I'll put my Spirit in you and make it possible for you to do what I tell you and live by my commands. You'll once again live in the land I gave your ancestors. You'll be my people! I'll be your God!"(.Ezekiel 36:26-27). (The Message).

When we begin to embrace the scriptures, then we can enjoy the fullness of God’s promises. It is then we begin to plant seeds of thoughts and we apply the law that says we reap what we sow. If we sow good thoughts we bear good fruits.

Just as a gardener cultivates his plot, keeping it free from weeds, and growing the flowers and fruits which he requires, so may a man tend the garden of his mind, weeding out all the wrong, useless, and impure thoughts, and cultivating toward perfection the flowers and fruits of right, useful, and pure thoughts.

By pursuing this process, a person sooner or later discovers that he or she is the master-gardener of his or her own soul and, the director of his or her own life. He is the one who can control and create a new mind to think and grow rich.

The sooner a person realizes that it is the thought life that shapes character, circumstances, and destinies, the sooner the laws of thought will be revealed and understood. “Act is the blossom of thought, and joy and suffering are its fruits; thus does a man garner in the sweet and bitter fruitage of his own husbandry.”

Believing in, applying this law and knowing that our existence is not by mere chance or by just visible and material things, but through the divine will help us to grow in the noble heirs and joint heirs we were created to be. Heirs and joint reap the benefits of their obedience and trust in God. One of the benefits of obedience is the ability to create a new mind that is able to think and get rich.
