Chains of Olympus sees the cruel god-like Kratos as the centre piece of the story. Positioned as a prequel to the God of War II for the Playstation2, the game is set at the midpoint thru Kratos' ten year service to the Gods. Upon defeating the Persian King, the sun suddenly sets. With the entire globe dropped into gloom and the gods rendered helpless, Kratos must now set out on a quest to restore Helios back to the sky to honour his guarantee to the gods. to succeed he must now cope with some of the most scary creatures of Greek legends then was faced with the immense quandary of selecting between his own redemption and saving the entire ancient world from destruction.

The game is a third person action quest with combat, with the contestant having the ability to take the part of the protagonist, Kratos. The game features 4 boss fights in all : the basilisk, Charon, Persephone and the Persian king. Not very much has changed for the Psp adaptation of the popular God of War series. Kratos still carries his key weaponry and collects crimson orbs to power up his abilities.

Decision :
Breaking clear of the widely recognized blueprint of games for handheld consoles, Ready at Dawn has managed to form a game with amazing imagery and a fabulous story. Even if the omitted multiplayer mode might upset some, the game still manages to provoke because of the various new features like the camera angles and puzzles. The game is a total must buy for any Psp owner.
