What is UTI or urinary tract infection? It is a terrible health problem affecting many people. This is the second most usual type of infection in the body. UTI's make up for about 8.3 million physicians visit each year. Mostly UTI's occur in women, compared to men. Women have the tendency to develop UTI's for reasons that are not that well understood.

An infection will usually occur when the bacteria enters the urinary tract and begins to multiply in the bladder. Commonly, the body's defense systems fight off the bacteria and it is flushed out of the body. However, if the bacteria takes hold of the bladders, it will reproduce urinary tract infections.

UTI's can be serious, so don't wait until you are so desperate to find some ways of treating it because nowadays there are many ways on how to heal a UTI.
