You may be qualified for Medicare Insurance if:

• You turn 65 years old

• Spouse record

• You are a government employee who paid the Medicare part of the Social

Security Tax

• You have been getting Social Security Disability benefits for 24 months

• You get Social Security disability benefits

• You have amyotrophic lateral sclerosis

• You have permanent kidney failure and received maintenance dialysis or transplant

You will automatically be enrolled in Medicare A and B if you are already getting Social Security benefits, but you need to pay a premium for Part B coverage.
