You need some solid astral body tips before you embark on an out of body experience to lift your consciousness out of your body and experience other realities and dimensions. It enables you to be free from the confines of physical matter.

Even the thought of attempting such an experience can be thrilling. If you want be successful in having an out of body experience you need to be able to relax and do some deep breathing techniques. Unless you have a natural ability that will enable you to leave your physical body you will have to practice in order to reach the desired results.

Slowly with practice you will be able to achieve your goal. If you have any fears that it may not be safe, then you can be rest assured that an astral experience is perfectly safe and poses no harm to your physical or mental health in any way. Many people all around the worlds have had an out of body experience. Their numbers are more than you might think as this phenonomen is becoming more popular.

Overcoming the fear of going out of your body is a big obstacle to many people. You should have no fear about not returning to your body. It would be just an experience like any other and it would end like all good things do. But your aim should be to be in that state as long as possible. It s better to remove any jewelry that you wear when beginning your training session, they can decrease the chances of having an experience.

If you live with others you should inform them before you sit or lie down for an out of body experience. Whether they are family members or friends, you should let them know that you need to be alone and not to be disturbed. Disconnect your phone and turn of any alarm clocks. Your diet is another factor that can help or impede your experience. A slightly sugar based diet could help in providing you a more clear and vivid experience.

Projections are more vivid if your food is filled with some sugar or just take some candy, making the out of body experience more entertaining. But you should stick to a light diet and not stuff your stomach with food. The ideal way to do is by lying down or sitting in a comfortable opposition. Choose a comfortable place that is calm and peaceful.

Noises or any other disturbances stand in the way of your experience. You should begin with the practice of staying absolutely still for some time in a comfortable position. Your breathing should be slow and measured without the slightest stress or tension in your mind. Primarily you should have a calm mind free of negative thoughts.

Capturing keywords and phrases would help you in your analysis of the experience as you go on your astral journey. You can gain a lot of insight about the other levels of reality and learn the true meaning of existance. Meeting deceased loves ones and friends are just a few of the benefits you can experience.
