Business and Personal Development Training - First Date Is A Must!

The economic world today emphasizes how imperative business and personal development training is to all of us and our achievement of financial prosperity in today's economy. Sadly, so many became so complacent just a few years ago when we were convinced that the good times could never end. Ooh, complacency really hurts!

As our benefits and salaries increased, our home prices all went up, up, up and many workers with job-security stopped their continuing education. Then as fast as the foreclosure crisis hit main street, bank closures abounded and many companies lost their funding and as a result many, vast numbers of people were left without a job and forced to search for new work.

As these former employees went out looking for new jobs, they began to comprehend that not only were they competing with their old friends from the previous job, but also with the graduates from many universities who were flush with computer savvy that so many older job-seekers just didn't understand, nor possess!

Why does it really matter to you?

Online business that used to just incorporate your business webpage and your email, now is consists of the Bookmark Sites, Social Media Sites and Web 2.0 Sites. A few of the most widely used Social Media sites are Twitter, Facebook and Myspace. A couple of the Web 2.0 sites are YouTube and Viddler and let's not forget the eternally crucial Social Bookmark sites such as Reddit and Digg, just to mention a few of the many out there.

This is important and I bring this up because if these sound alien to you, it most likely is a result of a lack of ongoing Business Training in today's environment. Now I know you may not all be network marketers or directly in online marketing but, training and honing your skills with these marketing mediums will only make you MORE valuable to your next employer.

And if you are already have a home business, it's VITAL that you learn to brand yourself and master attraction marketing that is so crucial to your attracting people of like mind who you then can do business with on and offline.

Day in and day out, I see people with company replicated websites pushing their products first and acting like used car salesman, but it's not their fault - usually, they just haven't been taught through a step-by-step system that teaches them to market themselves 1st, then how to get paid as they go and effortlessly bring people into their primary business - AFTER the relationship has formed!

It's like my grandmother says "You just don't ask a girl to marry you before you've gone on a first date! She'll think you're crazy and say no!"

And business and business partners are the same way. Lead with value, build the relationship and if all goes as anticipated, then propose your business if you feel it will be a good fit for the both of you.

But DON'T blast people with your business on the first Date!

This brings me to the necessity of ongoing Personal Development Training. It's true that the the basics of business training will get you in the door typically but, it's your own level of personal development that will close the deal. You have to invest in your skills first in order for others to want to invest in you. You have got to provide value first and foremost!

Personal Development Training is all about getting your thoughts in order to create Massive Success! More often than not, you need to continually indulge in training to look deep inside and reflect "What do I want to achieve, Why am I doing this, what's my timeframe to make this happen?"

So Personal Development is kind of funny - we know we need more and we recognize it, but we don't know exactly what it is! So we need to become part of something greater than ourselves and surround ourselves with people who have the skillsets and mindsets that we want to attain.

It's kind of like this: If you need to learn how to fix a flat tire, you wouldn't sit and watch your wife paint her fingernails hoping to learn how to fix that flat tire - would you? There's No Way! You may not know exactly how it works but, you know that if you head over to the Auto Repair Garage and hang out, you'll at least be in the right place and most likely learn to change that tire on your own!

Same, Same, Same applies in Business and Personal Development Training. Surround yourself with people who provide value to your learning process and are producing the kind of results you want to have. You may not know exactly what it is they are doing from a distance, but if you position and align yourself with that mentor, you drastically increase the odds that you too will achieve similar results!

You must give yourself the opportunity to learn the exact same skillsets and create the same mindsets for Incredible Prosperity in your life!

A few thoughts in parting for you... If you aren't finding the success you want in your network marketing business it is most likely due to one of the following three factors:

1. You just don't have enough qualified leads to call back each day. (And you probably aren't calling back the one's you do have - because it's like cold-calling and the leads are unresponsive!)

2. You don't have enough money in your pocket at the end of the day. (And most likely because your current company upline / sponsor has given you a company replicated website and in so many words said good luck to you and because they don't know how to market online or create your Personal Brand, nor how to create massive results in today's online market!)

3. You've not attained the proper mindset to create massive success, or you haven't found a step-by-step attraction marketing and personal branding system that really works.

The Good News Is: These are all fixable when you plug into the right system!
