Discover Yoli and the Yoli - Blast Cap

Hello friend and welcome to yet another network marketing juice drink called Yoli. Yoli has a product called the Yoli - Blast Cap. When is it all going to end with these drink companies? Can all of these different companies really compete?

Yoli and the Yoli - Blast is the latest and greatest MLM launch in 2009 offering a health drink. The prodcut is the best on the market and is called Yoli - Blast Cap that produces a wonderful, energy producing, tasty, chemical free beverage. They have a nifty comp plan and a crisp clean look to their web site along with some great leaders in the industry and will certainly capture a large market share. They have done an excellent job of making their company look different and unique.

But here is my beef and I'm not picking on Yoli or their Blast Cap.

It's crazy today as every couple of weeks we hear about a new start up MLM with the next best thing. All of them sound very similiar with the best plan, product and leaders. They continue to pile up as additional business opprtunities enter the market.

This makes for a lot of distractions in the industry. Just browse the net and you will discover network marketing businesses selling everything from diapers and sanitary napkins to vacations and energy for your home. This has created a huge problem in the industry. Everyone is trying to out scream the competition and people are jumping ship every day looking for the next Holy Grail in home business.

In the current network marketing environment retention is horrible. I have watched downlines of hundreds of people disintegrate in under 30 days because a leader decided to switch companies. Top leaders have lost their rank that took many years to create.

What we see with new launches like Yoli is fast initial growth and then the real making of a business comes in. This real test is retention rate. Will members stay with Yoli when the next big pre-launch comes out? Or will they be like others trying to promote 5 or 6 different companies with no success in any of them?

I'd like to pause here and explain what the usual new MLM person experiences. They are often convinced to sit in on an opportunity meeting where a very influential speaker gets up to talk. This person is very polished. Other members get up and tell their stories of success and the prospect is led back to the person who invited them with visions of wealth dancing around in their head ready to sign on the dotted line.

After arriving at home that evening the new home business owner suddenly realizes they have no idea how to grow their business. They are quickly told by their upline to fill out a memory jogger of people they know from their doctor to their trash man. They might sign up a few reps or they might not but what they soon discover is that they have run out of people to talk too.

Now for the inevitable.

The new business owner works really hard for about 2 months but is getting little results. Meanwhile one of his two newly sponsored members quits and cancels their auto-ship. In desperation the new rep begins to spend money on leads that don't convet. At around the 90 day mark the rep gives up on his business and determines it must have been a poor product or bad comp plan. He goes in search of a better home business opportunity. What an endless cirlce of insanity.

You will find a similar story with Yoli and their Blast Cap. There is nothing out of the ordinary about Yoli from other MLM's. Yoli has simply organized a new company with a super product. People will have the same experience with Yoli as they did with other businesses they have tried in the past. This is nothing against Yoli it is just the facts.

There is however a solution to this madness and this solution will make a difference for you in Yoli or whatever network marketing business you decide to build.

It's ironic that we call this industry Multi-Level "Marketing" or Network "Marketing" when no one actually teaches marketing. Let me paint a picture for you. Suppose you owned an ice-cream store and you told all your friends and family about it. Maybe some of them came in and bought your ice-cream cones throughout the week. But what if they were your only patrons? What would you do without a constant stream of customers coming in daily? How long do you think your business would last? Now let's imagine you have a marketing plan in place. Your marketing is at work bringing in new people all the time. Everyday you have a constant flow of devoted fans dying to get theirs hands on your ice cream. How's that for a business?

The key is marketing folks. When you put the "Marketing" into network marketing you get the growth in your business you want. In fact you will have people calling you and chasing you down eager to join your business when you do it right. And when you talk about retention look out! Once you teach others to duplicate "Marketing" you will keeps lots of happy members in your downline.

Attention Yoli members and all of the other MLM folks out there. There is a better way to do things. You can blast your business to a new level. When you know how to do it the sky is the limit.
