When you are in a date with someone special, just make sure that you will have a good breath because if you are not, it will be a disaster. I mean, it is a turn-off to your date. Even though it is not a transmitted disease or contagious, still having a bad breath is so embarrassing.

It is normally related to bad oral hygiene which results in cavities, rotten teeth and most especially the growth of anaerobic bacteria that produces sulfur compounds which in turn produces the rotten egg smell normally associated with bad breath.

If your bad breath is an oral problem then you need pay your dentist a visit. The best way to prevent it is to improve your oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing daily when possible.

On the other hand, if the foul smell in your mouth is a side effect of a more complex illness, it would be hard to treat. It is a disturbing health problem that anybody can have for a lot of reasons and with a specific characteristics that cause such a foul smell.

It is an over-all problem that is jointly shared by millions of people around the globe. For the majority of people, the most frequent cause of this is associated with bacteria that live in the mouth, particularly on the tongue.

A simple way to check for this is to cup your hands over your mouth and nose, give a puff as if blowing into a balloon, and then quickly sniff your breath. In whatever manner or way, this is one of those topics that a lot of people tend to ignore from referring.
