Just to make it clear I'm not a Dubli associate. This review was conducted independently.
A friend of mine called me up recently to talk to me about his new Dubli business. He's just signed up with them and he's really excited about the whole thing which I can fully appreciate. He's brand new to the industry and tells me he feels awkward even talking about it. He only called me because another friend suggested it. It's a very common feeling for new network marketers. I decided to do my own research on the company. What I learnt was this... Dubli looks like a great company to partner with and buy retail products from. themselves to ebay, Google, Yahoo, Amazon etc... In a nutshell, they are an online auction site with a twist. The auction happens in reverse. The buy price of the item gets lowered when someone bids.
The current price is hidden until you check the price using Dubli Credits. To bid you pay $0.80 and bring the cost of the item down by $0.25. You can buy credits from Dubli associates (reps) either in person or online.
If you like the price of the item when you click show then buy it, no waiting.
All items are big brands like Apple, Panasonic, Sanyo, Guuci, Ikea etc...
These big companies are on board with this new way of selling their products so Dubli truly is a contender for the online shoppers dollar. That's the retail side covered.
How about the Biz Op end of the spectrum? How do you make money from this? Income is made from a range of activities. All reps get an auction website to sell from.
You have an option of 3 levels to sign in at. Bronze level costs $795 and you get 1100 Dubli credits to use. Mid level is silver, costing $1595 which includes 2500 credits. And finaly gold level at $3195 including 6000 credits. You get $75-$375 for a bronze sign up. For a silver level sign up you receive from $75-$750. At gold you can get from $75-$1500 commission for a sign up. You receive a portion of each $0.80 bid made on your auction site. Dubli's research says that each retail customer that uses one of their auction sites will bring at least 5 customers to you and each in turn will bring another 5 and so on. My question here is, how do you keep customers using you and not just using google to find a Dubli site. Do Dubli teach their reps how to rank their sites on the front page of search engines? I don't know. Knowing how to market your site online is crucial. This way you'll get all the traffic to your site before all the other Dubli reps. A great tactic Dubli suggest is to give your sign up credits to new customers as an incentive to use your site. Let them have five credits to take your site for a test drive. The tried and tested method of exposing, involving and upgrading. Smart. When Coke a Cola was new they used the taste test method out the front of shops to let people know what their new fandangle drink tasted like. Dubli reps are able to set up what they call partner agreements with any organization or business. custimised auction site to promote to their own customer base. Summing up, The way we do business is about to change thanks to the founder Michael Hansen. I can see TV shows like Rove here in Australia marketing their own Dubli site and using it to raise money for great causes. All in all I think It's great. If you're looking for a home based business, and you don't just treat this as a hobby but as a profession , By this I mean you'll do what ever it takes to become educated and trained in the network marketing profession
You can absolutely make it work.
