Entrepreneurial Mindset; Are You Ready to Change?

From my very first MLM business, it was always my intention to get rich and never work for anyone else again. Six months later, after investing everything I had into buying leads, I was selling product and recruiting distributors, but I still wasn't making any money. The hunger to succeed was there alright, but all I heard from my upline was to change my mindset. Things just didn't click I still had that "paycheck" mentality. I couldn't quite get my head around that "millionaire mind" way of thinking. Then, after reading T. Harv Eker's book,"Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" for the tenth time, my want evolved into commitment. I finally realized what I believed about money and wealth would never get me to my goals. I must change my thinking in order to change my circumstances.

So, I ask you,"What do you accept as true"? What are your deepest, innermost feelings on becoming rich? Whatever level of income you are aspirant to right now, do you believe deep down that you deserve to make that much money? The truth is, you will resolve for whatever you think you're worth.

Think about this for a minute. What we believe is determined by everything we see, hear and experience. To narrow the field, what you have seen, heard, or experienced in the realm of money and finances determines what decisions you make in that area of your life. A good way to determine what you think about money is to look at where you are financially. If you're happy, great. But if you are anything like me, you might find yourself quite disgusted. The question is what can you do about it?

The first thing to understand is what you believe is not who you are. You have the ability to choose what you believe Your beliefs are the product of all that has been an influence to you, good or bad. It's your choice. Keep what works and delete the rest. Having this knowledge is the first step towards change.

There are four keys to change:

1. AWARENESS- Identifying your beliefs and how they affect your decisions will help you to focus on what needs changing.

2. UNDERSTANDING- Once you become aware of how your beliefs limit the decisions you can make, you can begin replacing these thoughts with thoughts to help you reach your goals.

3. DISASSOCIATION- Once identified, remove these thought patterns from your decision making process. This usually takes time and repetition, especially at first. When possible, associate with people with an income of what you want to earn. Study the way they think. Stop confiding in those who don't have what you are wanting. Chances are you will only be discouraged by what they say.

4. RECONDITION- Once identified, get rid of it! Determine that YOU will choose who and what you are, not someone else. Their thoughts don't count any more if they're holding you back from success. overhaul your thinking by confessing your new thoughts as many times as necessary to develope new thought patterns.

If you want to be rich, begin to think like rich people. Hang out with rich people Read about successful entrepreneurs and learn how they did it. Remember this, what you see in yourself is what you've learned. Learning new ways is good if they promote success in your life
An entrepreneur is defined as one who makes a profit by helping others. If you are offended by this statement, then it's time to make some changes. Surely, we can agree that helping others is a noble deed, and profits give way to accomplishing these deeds. I'm sure you've heard this said before, but it's worth saying again. The key to success in anything you do is to serve as many people as you can. . If you can help people aquire what they need, you can have anything you want in life.

Now that you are determined to be a successful entrepreneur and are willing to do whatever it takes to change yourself first, I'll leave you with this final thought. Whatever you focus on will expand, and you will succeed if you don't quit.
