So What Is Mona Vie?

Mona Vie is a network marketing company that sells liquid nutritional products featuring the world renowned Acai berry and a blend of other powerful nutrients. Out of all the companies selling liquid nutritionals Mona Vie is one of the more prosperous ones, having reached the impressive one billion mark. The company was launched in January 2005 by Monarch Health Sciences, a health and nutrition company founded back in 2003. Mona Vie, like many other similar network marketing companies, is head quartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. I don't know what it is about this city, but a lot of companies are based there. Paired with the product is the business opportunity that enables independent, non-employee distributors to earn a part or full time income selling product and sponsoring other distributors.

Do The Products Actually Work?

The Mona Vie product comes in bottles of three different variations. There is Mona Vie (original), Mona Vie Pulse and Mona Vie Active. The prices range from $39 to $45. Some would argue that the price is relatively high, and they would be absolutely right. However, it would be difficult to find a similar product in your local store or even in your region in most cases. Consumer testimonials vary, but the majority have confirmed the products do actually provide significant nutrient and health value. Mona Vie could not reach the billion dollar status as a company if the products were not in demand and did not present real health value. In addition, all the time, research, energy and capital would be a total waste if the company's product did come through on it's promises. If you are a potential customer you will have to determine whether or not the price will fit your budget and the health benefits will be worth the money.

The Mona Vie Marketing Approach

Mona Vie, like the majority of network marketing companies promote a marketing approach that I am not too fond off . Specifically, companies like to encourage word-of-mouth marketing. Companies like Amway and Mary Kay, some of the earliest to use this business model, have done it and even the newest companies seem to employ the same approach. This encompasses you contacting your warm market and telling them about the product and business. These people include every one you know like your mom, dad, cousins, coworkers, strangers, dogs, cats and even aliens if they lived on Earth. (I'm laughing out loud as I write this!) Most successful network marketers would absolutely agree that this is the big network marketing lie. No successful networker is earning hefty residual checks by enrolling their parents and Bobby from the grocery store. Mona Vie teams will more than likely instruct you to contact all these people and then direct them to your replicated website. And presto, people sign up! Hahaha!!!! This is so wrong it's hilarious!

Is There A Smarter Way?

Honestly, the word marketing is in network marketing, yet over ninety percent of people have no clue about it. To ensure results in your business there are two ways you can go about marketing. One, you can concentrate on targeting people who could benefit from the product. For example the Acai berry is known to help with weight loss. You could target weight loss enthusiasts and on the back end have your Mona Vie product. Two, you can go after business seekers. Especially in today's economic down turn, more people are looking for alternative income streams. The network marketing industry is absolutely exploding! You can target these potential business seekers and have your Mona Vie business opportunity there available to them.

Now I'm not saying that your warm market can be totally counted out, but you do not want to make them the core of your marketing efforts. Plus your warm market is limited. If you contact too many of your friends and family it could potentially backfire and you will slowly alienate yourself from these people around you. So let's keep it smart and target people who want what you offer, rather than just anybody with a heartbeat.

A Gem Of Wisdom

Take this away from the article. It does not matter how great the product is, how great the compensation plan is or who the founders of the company are. People join other people. Show people what you can offer them. Give them a reason to join you and your team. You could show your Mona Vie website to thousands of people daily, but they won't join you unless you connect with them and build a relationship. The industry is all about people helping people and until you are aware of this, you will never get anywhere. Continue to read information like, invest heavily in yourself and add to your value. The rest will fall into place.
