Foods That Burn Fat

How many of us realize that eating foods that burn fat will help to maintain our health and in the same time will give more energy to us.

What we eat has an enormous affect on our overall health. Thousands of studies support the idea that diet is highly correlated with the risk of developing various chronic degenerative diseases.
Food is our greatest drug. It can be either be used incorrectly and cause great problems or when used correctly will protect our health.

You might want to ask yourself. Did you eat the right food that will help burning your fat effectively? well it is not hard for you to find out if you are eat the right food for your diet. Just look yourself in the mirror. Any changes?.I bet not much.

You may do not know what foods that work to burn your belly fat. Here is some foods that will boost your metabolism but only if you eat them as a part of your diet and weight loss programme.

1) Soluble Fiber - This type of foods can be found in fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Increasing an amount of fiber is very important in our overall diet. For examples foods that contain high percentage of pectin (soluble fiber) is APPLE. Eat apple before each meal will help you to burn your fat fast.

2) Protein - This type of food can be found in vegetables, cold water fish, fowl, animal product and dairy product. However since most of bad fats are contained in protein, we must choose to eat good protein sources that contained amino acids which is essential for all of our body's functions especially our immune system. For examples foods that contain amino acids such as soy protein, nuts, salmon, sardines and mackerel.

3) Monosaturated Fats - This type of foods can be found in our vegetables,nuts and certain vegetables oil. These are considered as a healthy fat because they actually help lower total cholesterol. This type of foods can helps you to control your appetite and fat burning hormones in your body. For examples foods that contain healthy fat are such as almonds, avocado, olive oil and cashews. Remember, even this foods is type of healthy fat but do not eat too much of them.

Combining these three type of foods in your meal will help you to burn you fat effectively and in the same time will keep you healthy. A typical meal should contain two servings of fibers, one serving of protein and one serving of fat. The actual amount that you consume will depend on your body size and whether this is a main meal or snack. Remember the key is to keep protions balanced even when eating snacks.
