As I was shaving today looking into the mirror on this nice Canadian ThanksGiving morning, it dawned on me. The Online MLM Success only found us when we took a long look at WHO we are, WHO we want to be and how people in the Industry saw US..

When we started our MLM business Layla and I would go after everyone with a pulse, collegues, blood relations and long lost cousins or even strangers off the street, trying to sell them to join us in our MLM business. We felt desperate and that's NOT going to take you to MLM success.

We knew we had to make a change, and this was the beginning of our reading, books on self - development, the MLM Industry, the MLM Success stories, the mind and it's wealth. We saturated our brains with all the top online mlm strategies, from PPC to effective adcopy. This is when we dettached ourselves from the emotions linked to the Hunt, you know the "rollercoaster". The passion for our work was still there and we still were die hards about our MLM company and this Industry. Yet we stopped seeing every potential prospect as someone that must get on board with our MLM business so that we could make money.

Layla and I made the change in our head to THEY NEED US not WE NEED THEM.

If you are out in recruit mode do you find you mistakingly say to yourself "Oooo this lead is perfect for the Industry"? You've just designed a preconceived notion of success on them and when they turn out to do nothing your disapointment puts you in the front cart of that Rollercoaster ride.

You should get this into your head and write this down "those that you think will, won't and those that you think won't, will"

How do you pump up your value level? What can you do to transform into the Hunted? What can you do to be a Branded MLM Guru online?

Knowledge is Power.

It's unfortunately true that the majority of MLM Networkers are not having MLM success online. They hope for online success, but are looking in the wrong places. If you stand our from the crowds, and really demonstrate how free leads can explode their MLM business and teach them Marketing tips to generate traffic and sales, you become to Guru.

The way to initialize this transformation is through the Mirror. As you learn more, and are mentored by the top Gurus, that person in the mirror will change. Confidence levels increase, your mindset will develop into one of abundance, and then it happens, they call YOU. All MLM Networkers want this online success, but who has the drive and the tools to take us there?

The fastest method to changing that reflection is to plug into the online systems that the top Networkers are utilizing on the Internet. It's not rocket science, just do what they do to get what they have. Give up the sales representative mentality, and become an Online Marketing Consultant.
