Stationery printing for the office is really quite easy to do. In this article, I will teach you how to do stationery printing with the shortest possible steps. It is not very complicated, and you do not really need to have advanced skills with computers in doing this. So, for your convenience and information, below are the 7 steps on how to print your own office color stationeries.

1. Create your stationery letterhead
The first step of course is to create your stationery letterhead, or the main header of the design. You can easily do this in a word processing application like Microsoft Word. However, if you want more advanced looking designs, you can also try using image editing applications like Adobe Photoshop to create better types of headers. Depending on your skills, you might want to use one type of software or the other. The best thing to use would be the one that you are most comfortable with.

2. Add your watermarks and other details to your template design
Next, once you have a letterhead, you should also try to decide if you want watermarks and other design elements like footers and borders for your design. These additional elements supplement the header, and make the stationery design more complete. So if needed, try to add in your preferred additional design elements to make the stationeries look better.

3. Look for a stationery printing service
Afterwards, with the design ready, you have to look for a stationery printing service. There are plenty of those that can be found over the Internet. Try to look extensively and carefully. Just look for the prices and the printing quality that fits and you should be okay.

4. Check your designs for errors
Now, before sending your stationery designs to the printer, try to check first if everything checks out okay. Review your text and proof read it for spelling and grammar errors. Look at the images and logos and see if there are distortions and errors in its rendering. Finally, just look at the overall layout and design of the stationery printing and check if you really want the style that you created. Once you think it is all in the clear then it is time to do the online printing transaction.

5. Determine your stationery options
Once you enter into the printing transaction online, you will need to determine your printing options. Decide on the paper that you want to use, the quality of the inks, the dimensions of the stationery and any other special requests that you may have. Just fill out the online forms that are usually provided. This information should allow the stationery printer to print your stationeries with the materials and inks that you want.

6. Send your designs for printing
Once the printing options and other decisions have been decided, you should send your designs to the printers already. Make sure that the email you it right, or for some printing companies you can just upload the design right in their website itself. Just make sure that you save your file in multiple file formats so that the printer has an easy time with dealing with the files.

7. Receive your new office stationeries
Afterwards, all that is left is to wait for the delivery of office stationeries. Now you know how to print your own office stationeries easily.
