There is no doubt that Learn & Master Guitar is the number one selling guitar tutorial program online, but I thought that I might take the time to inform you about the pro's and con's and try help you understand why it may not be the right option in guitar tutors for you at all.
This year I decided to dust off the old guitar and try to brush up on some old skills. My son is now at the age where learning to play an instrument is "hip", so like most parents, I am trying to assist them to learn with the right manner, while trying to find a very cost effective way of learning.
This has led me to the internet as I could not bare to fork out the fees the schools are charging on tuition, especially when the teachers only teach their style, which can deter the children in the end.
On the other side, almost every Learn and Master Guitar online review claims that this actual product offers a range of benefits to learning students and up and coming musicians. So I took it upon myself to take the average Learn & Master Guitar review to the next level by compiling both the good and bad sides I found in this Learn at Home course, so that consumers have more information to make an educated buying decision.
Almost every Learn and Master Guitar reviews tend to show more advantages than disadvantages. However, as with any course that has excessive hype, there is always a few negatives. In the next few minutes I will tend to some of the downfalls I found in this online guitar tutorial as well as the good side of the Learn & Master Guitar review.
Learn and Master Guitar Review Pros:
* If you ask the thousands of people who have tried this course what they think, the majority agree that this is among the most complete guitar learning systems currently on the market. The detailed and easy to follow narration done by the creator, Steve Krenz, sets it apart from any other educational guitar program.
* The Order process is very fast and easily done through the companies website with delivery of the program within days. The course includes 10 DVDs, 5 CDs, and a large instruction manual. There is a high level of positive feedback for the customer service.
* In this Learn and Master Guitar review, I wanted to make it crystal clear that this product contains 20 lessons, very carefully divided to teach the way in which to correctly hold the guitar, correct body stance, hand, finger and fret placement, and specific lessons designed to strengthen the fingers for better playing.
* Something that I read in another Learn and Master Guitar review was that most consumers like the slow pace of the course, allowing them to go back and review there lessons at their own convenience. This is an important benefit for those who are looking for alternatives to the "forced learning" method many private teachers followed.
* Learn and Master Guitar also has unique lessons specially for rhythm and blues, advanced chords, rock and roll, jazz, strumming, finger style, in-depth chord explanation, scales, and style techniques.
Learn and Master Guitar Review Cons, aka The Bad Side:
Like I mentioned, the pros outweigh the cons for almost ever Learn & Master Guitar review I have come across. However, a few elements could fall within the "con's" category to consider before you buy Learn and Master Guitar. These are very relevant issues in this home study course.
* Most guitar learning programs and products on the market are very friendly to your pocket, often costing less than $100. The largest downside to Learn and Master Guitar is the price tag. The product runs over $200 although you can find it on sale through some websites.
* There is another downside for some people as everything included with the Learn and Master Guitar program is physical - DVDs, CDs, and an instruction book. This means no downloadable software is provided. The thought of "instant access" makes some products sell better than Learn and Master Guitar. Although, most people will agree that the way in which the course was created makes little difference from a learning aspect.
Probably the only program that is of the same level in terms of value as Learn and Master Guitar is Guitar Tricks. But there is also a reason why Learn and Master Guitar is the Highest Selling Course Worldwide.
