Learn Self Hypnosis Through Some Quick Affirmation Techniques!

To learn self hypnosis, one has to be aware of certain hypnosis techniques. Even if you want to do black ops hypnosis, you have to learn some techniques. But in this article specifically, we shall discuss some of the main techniques required in self hypnosis.

Motivation is the key to achieve a positive view in life. To learn self hypnosis, you have to keep in mind that you are trying to motivate yourself towards positive thinking.

Self hypnosis can be against consuming junk food or depression. You might want to cure road rage or overcome hypochondria. Self hypnosis is extremely beneficial if you want to see a positive change in yourself.

Affirmations in Self Hypnosis

But there are some techniques, as said before that you have to keep in mind while learning self hypnosis. Positive affirmations have to be put in the mind when the mind is in a state of rest. Or else, the critical self will take over.

You can think of new programs that would help you to achieve your goal and use the affirmations to confirm them and position them strongly in your mind. When you do affirmations in self hypnosis they are more effectively done than when you are not in hypnosis. So we see that if you want to learn self hypnosis, you have to know how to “create” strong affirmations.

Planning is a very important part of both self hypnosis and black ops hypnosis. You should plan the words of your affirmations very carefully. Planning will also enable you to perfect your hypnosis techniques- this will work out positively in favor of your hypnosis.

Hypnosis Techniques- Affirmation

The first thing that you need to keep in mind is the usage of clear, simple and specific sentences in your affirmations. This is important both in case of self hypnosis as well as black ops hypnosis. Your mind is like a child. What happens when you use high flowing words with a child? Naturally it gets confused and is unable to follow the commands.

Affirmations mean positive. Your affirmations have to have positive sentences. Do not use negation. The main reason for this is that the subconscious mind is not able to decode “negative sentences”. So instead of saying, “I don’t hate myself”, you can say, “I love myself”. This also makes the sentence simpler and shorter.

Your affirmations need to be in the “present tense” essentially. Your mind will believe what you want to make it believe. If you want to think that you are sad, you will feel sad. If on the other hand, you think you are happy, your mind will feel happy. So if you were going to write, “I will be happy”, change it to “I am happy”. See the difference?

Use emotional sentences in your affirmation. Connecting emotionally can be a very effective hypnosis technique. This will work all the more if you are an emotional person. So take a bit of time in selecting the words of your affirmations. This will add an extra dimension the hypnosis.
