Liquid Glucosamine to Ease Joint Pain

For quite a few years now, and far longer in Europe even, liquid glucosamine has been one of the most widely used supplements for promoting healthy joints. There are several reasons for this. First of all, liquid glucosamine works. It's been used successfully by countless thousands of people and has also been thoroughly tested by medical researchers.
The other important reason for its widespread use is that it is safe. Its ingredients are 100% natural and the result is a product that has virtually no side effects. This is a welcome benefit for users of liquid glucosamine who have had issues with other joint care products. In fact, many of the prescription products available can have quite severe side effects with their use.
Additionally, in the liquid form it is more easily absorbed by the body. There are no fillers or by-products to get in the way as with the pill and capsule forms of glucosamine. Its absorption and usage by the body is accelerated due to its liquid form.
Lastly, it is far easier to take. For anyone who has trouble or even a dislike for taking pills, the liquid form of glucosamine is a welcome relief. Not only is it easy to take, the dosage is much more concentrated. So instead of having to take 3 or 4 pills a day in order to reach a daily dose of 1500mg, one only needs to take one 1/4 ounce dose of liquid glucosamine.
Also, liquid glucosamine can be taken "straight" or can be mixed in with one's favorite drink or even over any type of food. These many options for ingesting the supplement increase the likelihood of consistent usage.
It's usually not possible to find this form of the product in stores or pharmacies. The reason for this is the expatriation date factor. Normally, the usage dates extend out over 18 months from the time of purchase for liquid glucosamine. This is fine for individual consumption. However, the big chain stores cannot operate with such short expiration dates. They buy in large quantities ahead of time and therefore, this form of the product is simply not a good fit for them.
It is important to take liquid glucosamine on a daily basis in order to achieve maximum benefit from it. In fact, for those who are not yet taking the product, it is suggested that the dose be doubled for the first week in order that the body can "catch up" with what has been missing. After the first week, it is fine and suggested to only use the prescribed dosage.
Liquid glucosamine is an excellent preventative measure for those aging or involved in moderate levels of athletics. Even daily walkers can benefit from the rejuvenating effects on their joints with regular intake of the product.
For those already suffering the ill effects of joint over-use or aging, a regular dose each day may be just what the doctor ordered. It does not mask joint pain. Therefore, its effects are not seen over night. Instead, it takes several weeks to a month of daily use before the body has time to use the nutrients to rebuild and repair damaged joint tissue.
Whether one is active or not, some degree of joint deterioration will be experienced with age. This leads to arthritis in most as they age. Liquid glucosamine does not cure or prevent arthritis. However, it has been shown to significantly slow its onset and also reduce the symptoms of already present arthritis.
