Lose Weight and Exercise Daily for Better Sex

“Believe it or not,” the individuals who have less weight and exercise daily have a better sex than the other individuals who are obese and didn’t exercise regularly. It was noted that because of the regular exercise and reduction in the weight, men suffering with erectile dysfunction were able to get the strong erection that lasted for the sufficient amount of time during the sexual intercourse. Daily exercise also increases the amount of oxygen in the body and that helps you to remain fit and have a satisfactory sex.

Many scientists have proved through there research that you could have better erections if you lose fat and exercise more. The researchers monitored 110 obese men who participated in a weight loss program. Half of the men underwent an intensive program with exercise. Those who exercised more and lost the most weight had better erections two years later than those who exercised less (or not at all) and lost less weight (or no weight). The study concluded that 30% of the men in the program who had erectile function problems had good erections after the program.

Men recovered their erectile function as a result of better blood circulation and improved cardiovascular health. The other 50% of the men, those who were not in the intensive program, just received general advice on food and exercise. By the end of the two years their erectile dysfunction problems were no better. Thus, you can call daily exercise as the natural solution of the erectile dysfunction.

The risk of developing coronary artery disease, stroke, diabetes, certain cancers, arthritis, and osteoporosis are greatly diminished in those who exercise daily and lose fat. Thus, the chances of the problems with the sexual life are reduced and you enjoy better sex. Daily exercise brings your body in shape, increases the stamina, and you look more attractive than before and thus you enjoy the more sex. If you walk daily for the 10 minutes then it reduces your risk of suffering from the impotence. Thus, losing weight and daily exercise makes you enjoy the sex more.
