Myth or Fact - there is a MLM secret to being successful? Looking at the statistics, one must agree. Over 97% of people who give network marketing a try, fail after the first year, and many even sooner than that. So that only leaves 3% of the people to be successful. Definitely the data shows there is something evading most of the people in multi-level-marketing. So what is this mlm secret? Let's dig deeper.

To start off, due to the economy, we need to realize that the people joining mlm companies is raising. People see the advantages of network marketing, and they want to be in control of their financial future. Hopefully the people who are coming on board have great sponsors who can train them in ways to build their downline that doesn't limit their success.

Why would they limit your success if they're trying to help? Easy, their sponsor and uplines are part of the 97%. When you join an mlm business, the first thing you are told is to create a list of everyone you know and start talking to them. This isn't awful though. It gives you practice talking about your new company, the products and the opporunity. It will also teach you how it feels like to be turned down. A few of your friends may be interested in what you are doing. part in it. This is NOT part of the 3% secret.

There isn't one person in the 3% who is doing this. None of them are pitching their opportunity to friends. They already understand it will not produce results. They aren't even talking about their opportunity to people anyway! What - not pitching?…So what are they doing to build their company so fast? They don't search after people, people search after them.

This is a consistent theme in all the successful network marketers. This is the first part of their mlm secret. What a great secret! So how do you get people to chase you? Attraction Marketing. This is the best way to build your business. Learn how to brand yourself online, and offline. The more you are in front of people, the more they want to know about you and your business, and see you as an authority figure.

The second part of the mlm secret is SYSTEM. (Save YourSelf Time Energy & Money) Every member of the elite 3% group has systems put in place for their success. They have a system for everything. They have a centralized location to funnel their leads. They offer good content to those who follow them. They keep their name in front of their leads constantly, but in a friendly, casual way. They even make money on their leads up front while helping them build their business in the process. The system allows them to only speak to those who are serious about building a business. These systems are the key to their success. These systems help them convert their daily leads into members of their mlm business on a daily basis without much intervention on their part.

The two parts to the MLM secret aren't complicated. However success will not occur overnight and it will not happen if you are not committed. Obstacles take place for the 3% as well, but what makes them part of the 3%, is that they don't make excuses for them. They will tackle the obsticle with determination and find a resolution. Then they move the obstacles out of their way!

So after you have mastered Attractin Marketing, have your systems in place, and have the determination to succeed, you will become part of the mysterious 3% in the MLM industry.
