But besides offering free machines you will also want to look at the regular prices for what they have to offer. If a company charges huge prices for their equipment then they are not looking out for their customers.

And finally, you will also want to compare the credit card processing rates and other prices associated with these accounts. You will find that these numbers can average between 2.0% and 2.8% for the expensive companies, but a decent merchant service company will hover between 1.29% and 1.89% depending on the type of service you are looking for. For instance, an ideal retail merchant account will be offered to you at around 1.29% if you do not mind a minimum, or 1.69% to get no monthly minimums.

Add to all of this same day approval, rebate programs, and even free extended warranties and you will have the most perfect merchant services out there today. But is that really possible? Can you really find a company out there that offers all of the above and more? Of course you can, you just need to look.
