Network Marketing Training - The Essential Success Formula Revealed!

Network marketing training is widely available these days through the network marketing companies themselves, trainers in the industry, and upline leadership. And yet, despite the numerous network marketing seminars, books, and CD's out there, why are distributors in the industry still not reaching their goals?

The achievement formula for success in the MLM industry is clear-cut but yet powerful: S + K + M + N = long term, stable success! Very few network marketing training materials address teach this combination of success elements and they should.

S = Skill set. As with any profession, a skill set is required to do well. In network marketing, there are many types of skill sets necessary to make it. Prospecting, presentation, closing skill sets are all essential, however, the heart and soul of a network marketing is leads. A marketing skill set is a must in this day and age of network marketing. Unfortunately, much of the network marketing training out there ignores this skill set and focuses primarily on contacting friends and family forgetting that "marketing" is an essential part of network marketing! Focus on one marketing strategy, learn it, master it, gain consistent lead flow, and then add on a different strategy. There are many free marketing methods to learn before investing in the more costly paid methods, like radio advertising.

K = Knowledge. Does a experienced person in the industry who has built a business for more than 15 years and earning a 7 figure income possibly know more about the business than a brand new distributor? You bet! That veteran has "paid the price" to learn the business...all the different aspects of the business and the ways to succeed. The veteran is surely an expert in prospecting, presentation, closing, and marketing. The more we invest in our skill set, the more knowledge we will gain. The more knowledge we acquire, the more successful we will become.

M = Mindset. Personal development is also an essential part of network marketing success and again, many network marketing training materials sometimes omit this. If we study uplifting, nurturing, self-development material, our attitudes will improve and as they improve, so will our desire to deal with the day to day challenges of building a network marketing business. A positive mindset helps attract more positive business experiences. A pessimistic mindset repels success. A person who succeeds in direct sales must develop focus on this element of the formula by reading and studying material that will help maintain a positive mental attitude.

N = Network. As we focus on the individual parts of the success formula...our network will grow. When we master a new marketing Skill, we increase the number of leads we generate and our Knowledge in that area grows. As we increase our Knowledge, we increase our confidence. As we increase our confidence, our Mindset improves. Then, our team continues to grow. As our number of people we are leading grows larger, so do our leadership skills. As our leadership skills grow, we are able to better train our teams how to duplicate our success. It’s a self-fulfilling chain of events that take time, effort, and persistent to put into action.

S + K + M + N = a ticket to the top of your company! Apply the formula, stay persistent, and success is guaranteed to those who endure to the end!
