Before the age of thirty, some of us think that we are invincible and that we are forever be in good shape and so in good health, and will be different before us and will beat the odds. Unfortunately, as we hit the age of thirty, we are beginning to undergo the effects of aging. As we face the mirror, we start to notice fine lines in our face. At forty, aches and pains are starting to manifest in our body. We can no longer recover from Friday night party. And when we reach fifty, we begin to use some ointments and even having some procedures in order to look young. Sometimes we even say, "I must have slept wrong!" Can it be possible? Sleeping is the easiest way that we can do and still we tend to do it wrong? If we lived up to 60 years, we consider ourselves blessed! And we start to think, how can we fight old age?
When we were young and still feel strong, it is common that we tend to neglect our health until something went wrong. We think that these illnesses will just heal by themselves. We even rely on doctors when they say that we will have to live with an ailment and discomfort for a while without knowing that our bodies are indeed breaking down slowly. Our body is like a piece of machinery that needs extra care not only to cope up and live long but to thrive and develop in the near term. It is not meant to last forever, but there are ways in which we can preserve them for longer period of time. We can indeed combat the effects of aging through series of daily anti-aging steps and procedures.
Typically, when an old person breaks a bone, they are more exposed to having complications with curing and other illness become more evident. The healing period for a broken hip in younger persons mostly takes about six weeks, however for the older people, it will probably take a longer time and can be very hurting. Even though older people are not as active as younger ones, they are more prone to the risk of breaking bones or injuries simply because their joints and bones are becoming weak as they aged.
Arthritis is an important concern as we get older, but we should also be aware that many younger people also experience arthritis nowadays. A group of doctors, nutritionist and dieticians hypothesized that this is caused by the fact that a lot of people don't get enough nutrients that promote strong healthy joints and bones. What Changed? Our diet is what has changed. Families before used to cook and eat meals with a healthy and balanced diet, long before fast food chains became well-known. Minerals and nutrients in fresh fruits and vegetables were common place before canned goods, frozen meals and fast foods. And it was common to see a 90 year old to be out and no pain at all. But that was long before diabetes and heart disease became epidemic.
Luckily today, we may not have better nutrition, but we do have good research. Scientists established that illnesses like osteoporosis, arthritis, and weakening of joints and bones can be avoided with the right mixture of natural compounds. Even if you are experiencing the signs of aging, the delay can be felt. Doctors believe that through proper nutrition, we can develop better joint flexibility, stimulate the growth of cartilage and decrease joint pain.
Glucosamine is a natural compound that stimulates essential cartilage building blocks such as glycosaminoglycan and proteoglycans. Methyl Sulfonyl Methane or MSM, also use to support and boost the health of joints. Another essential to bones and joints are Vitamin C and K1 along with Ipriflavone that strengthens bone density.
Before you go at your health food store and begin looking for these components, one thing you should know is that these compounds will work better when your body can process the right amounts of each at the same time. Mostly Glucosamine, Vitamin D, magnesium and other nutrients to increase bone density are found in liquid calcium supplements, in effect these can also be used as anti aging treatments. Including Vitamin D in your supplement can also lighten and even totally remove Vitamin D deficiency.
You may also want to look for a supplement that complements your liquid calcium supplement. Ipriflavone, MSM, Vitamin C and K1 often can be found in a supplement that is mostly considered to be a companion to your liquid calcium supplement. You may add the effectiveness of liquid calcium supplement by adding MSM, Ipriflavone and some other nutrients by increasing calcium absorption to your bones and making potent anti-aging vitamin elixir.
It is not too late for us to control and even stop aging. We can use the anti-aging vitamin elixir of life daily to protect our joints and bones from becoming weak or easily broken.
