Managing and maintaining your success will require a strong sense of integrity that will be the core energy that will assist you in achieving your goals.

Most people that you will do business with will recognize your integrity or lack of it very quickly. You must make integrity a part of who you are. Your authentic self must shine through. To live authentically means to live in harmony with your values. You must be honest with yourself and others. Being authentic creates trust and respect from other people.

Acknowledge the qualities that you believe you need to succeed with integrity and put those qualities in to action. Always be looking for more ways to improve your level of service or your interactions with others.

Your integrity is your code of ethics. Stand up for what is right and honest. Your life will be less stressful and uncomplicated when you become open and honest.

When you are not true to yourself, when you abandon your integrity you loose in a big way. Nothing will make you feel more miserable than the loss of your integrity. You will have no regrets if you stick to what you know to be true.

When building the foundation of integrity, pay close attention to the rapport that you are creating with you associates. Your integrity should be ingrained with in the very core of your being. With your integrity in tact you can remain stead fast no mater what. Others will sense this and you will attract business to you, just based on this one quality.

Ethical behavior pays off in financial profits. People want to do business with honest people. They want to know that they can trust what you say and do. You may want to ask your associates for their opinions and feedback. That is a sign that you honestly care about your level of service. Always treat others with respect and professional courtesy regardless of any difference.

You should have no hidden agendas. Take the time to carefully communicate with your associates, customers or clients all of the aspects of your service or pricing. When you are fair and honest you will not have a problem getting you clients to pay the prices that you have established.

As you bring new business partners, associates, employees, into your circle of operation, have discussions regarding the importance of integrity in their lives. It will be very valuable for you to know their level of commitment to integrity.

Remember, you want to surround yourself with like minded people that have the same vision for achieving success.

When you live your live and practice your business with integrity, you will easily recognize the same qualities in others. You can use your sense of integrity to weed out the people that you do not want to do business with.

This is also where intuition can assist you as well. Using your intuitive senses and your deep understanding for integrity will serve as a protector for you against the wrong people to do business with.
