Your cardiovascular system enjoys the duel benefits of reduced stress on muscle and joints due to the lessening of gravity and buoyancy of your body in water and the enlarged blood flow because of dilation of the blood vessels due to heat. These benefits will be very much enjoyed for the owner of a hot tub or spa.

There are almost too many health benefits to mention but here are a few more; water has always been known to ease pain away, it can shrink inflammation and loosen up stiff muscles and joints, sitting in the heated water will also have the added benefit of having the steam entering your lungs and possibly loosening up any congestion. An improved nights sleep may be one of the greatest benefits you get out of regular hot tub or spa use.
