You are looking for ways to get your ex back because you have been dumped. Then to say the least kicking and screaming, begging and nagging is not the best of ways to get your ex back. Instead you need ways to get your ex back in your arms as fast as you can.

Most of the time one of the ways to get ex back involves appearing to be in control of yourself and not acting like a desperate and needy out of control victim. If you've been accused of being needy in the past, then now is the time to show them that is not the case.

It might be too late, but if it isn't and your ex is simply talking about leaving, then as soon as they mention that they're leaving, make sure you agree to the break up. Sounds like the opposite to what you want, but if you let them go and you do it calmly and without yelling or nagging, then the road to getting them back is going to be a lot smoother.
When they have left, what you are going to have to do is have no contact with your ex. That means just what it says."no contact". The best ways to get your ex back is always to make sure you're not blasting them with text messages, calls or e-mails. If your ex has heard nothing from you since they walked out, then it doesn't make them forget about you, it makes them miss and think about what you're up to.

Moving on with your life after they have left is a very important strategy to use when you're trying to find ways to get your ex back in your arms again. Not only is this a good way to keep yourself busy, but it is also a great way to put things into better perspective. Almost nothing will help you with your judgment and confidence more than being in a social situation and having some fun with others, so move on with your life.

When you have given yourself some time to think and adjust, your ex has had the same amount of time to calm down and think over their decision also. You should have been out of contact with your ex for at least a few weeks before you decide the time is right to make contact with them.

Call them up and have a short casual conversation with them. Ask for a meeting somewhere casual and quite, but don't make it sound like a big deal, just a place to talk that's all. Remember you are trying to find ways to get your ex back, so no emotional manipulation.

At the meeting explain you've had time to think and you would like to apologize for any mistakes you've made. Tell your ex your feelings for them haven't changed and you would like to give the relationship another chance. Make sure you give your ex time to say what they think and how they feel. Listen carefully and sincerely to what they have to say and let them know that it is important to you how they feel about the relationship.

Tell them that you are willing to do your part to get the relationship back on track to a happy one again. When you've said your peace, tell your ex that you're going to give them time to think things over and then leave. It is hard to find that special person. When you do find them you need to hang on tight through the good and the not so good. You need to come together and not break up. Why break up when you can make up? Remember too, making up can be a lot of fun!
