Who it is the guilt?
One of my teses is that we have been governed for imcompetent people. One of the available tests that they certify this incompetence if summarizes to a citation of the problems that we had in years 50 and of that we still have today. I make this in the last chapter of this book, but I anticipate myself here. It is, therefore, one proves historical, established in facts.
As you know, against facts does not exist arguments. We added a question: Who it is the guilt? In the end of the century passed, however, or same in this year of 2009, almost 60 years later, it was possible to evidence that we retrocede.
