It is a much more pleasant shopping experience when the company is reputable that you are buying from. The problem is, many customers feel wary of online businesses because they can't always see them in the flesh. Indeed, many online jewellery stores simply don't have a high-street shop, but this doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with them. In fact, in most cases it just shows that the company is trying to reduce its overheads by solely trading online, thus being able to pass on better savings to you when it comes to your jewellery purchase. As long as you can find out more about the company you're buying from then you can feel confident that your payment should be protected.
