More Diversity For The Federal SES (Senior Executive Service)

The SES employment opportunities in the federal government are highly sought after positions.

This elite corp of executives are the ones responsible for the continued operation of the federal government. They are the policy makers and enforcers. "The legislation would require the Office of Personnel Management director to create within 180 days of the bill's passage an agency office devoted to Senior Executive Service issues."
