 When I first came across the concept of Agloco, I immediately thought to myself ” Yeah right, someone is going to pay me just to surf the net as I normally do anyway”…in other words, I was and am still somewhat sceptical. When, I checked it out, because I am the curious type, I came to the realization that I really had nothing to lose. If it crashes and dies a fiery internet death like so many others…too bad. But if it does take off and soars like a Googlean Eagle or a Yahoonian Hawk, I might actually make some money by doing diddly-squat.

I signed up painlessly…as there was no need to tell them my life history and what my favorite fetish was all about. Got my confirmation email and installed the Agloco Viewbar. I did my internet thing, as usual, and nothing happened. After five hours of surfing, my required (I think) monthly allotment of surfing with the bar active, was up. I logged in to my account and “eureka” I actually had someone else sign up under my member ID. In other words, I was in a position to make 25% of everything that this great, wonderful person (even if he/she is a foaming at the mouth psycho…I don’t care) would make in their lifetime of surfing. As of today, 25% of nothing plus 100% of nothing, is nothing.

As patience is not a virtue that I, in all truth, have in abundance and matches my flatlined bank account, more of nothing does not sit well with me. However, as I stated earlier, what the heck did I do to earn any money in the first place. The wonderful Agloco people tell me that this is still in beta and will take time to take flight. So, I am officially a member of the community that in theory, en masse, will rule the Internet marketing world. All for one and one for all. Just speed up the process because I am not getting any younger.

Now, as an official member of this burgeoning community (just wanted to use ‘burgeoning’ in something) I am officially passing on the company line below. Read it and decide if joining is in your best interest.

3. Members who use the referral system will earn more. ALGOCO’s value increases as the numbers of users increase. Therefore members who join early on should be compensated more.

Members will also receive a percentage of the commission ALGOCO receives when a purchase is made through advertisements on the Viewbar.Companies like Google, Msn, and Yahoo gather information from your surfing habits and show you advertisements accordingly. AGLOCO feels that you should be compensated for these advertisements and is willing to pay you money to use their service.
