Baby Boomers, like the rest of the population, need to conserve their energy levels.

Busy schedules demand that so much is accomplished within 24 hours.

So you start off in the morning, usually bright and perky because you’ve had a few hours quality sleep.

2)Restrict your Caffeine Intake. Caffeine can be found in popular drinks such as Coffee and Tea. Caffeine is a stimulant, so a cup of freshly brewed coffee is great for getting you started for the day. But be warned: A study printed in the American Journal of Epidemiology found that although you can jump start your energy levels with about 2 cups of coffee a day, any more than that can actually have the opposite effect.

3) Drink sufficient Water. Drinking sufficient water throughout your day can increase your energy levels by up to 20%. Always carry a small bottle of water with you. Do not wait until the thirst signal kicks in because, by then, your body is already dehydrated.
