Going Against My Genes with the Leimo Hair Treatment Pack

Experiencing the case, I badly had to look it up. Upon research, I found out that I am indeed experiencing androgenetic alopecia. An energetic and active 24-year-old, hair loss came as a shock and an unacceptable condition for me. How do you expect me to go on with my early-morning joggings, with my ponytail graciously swishing from left to right, if I barely have any hair left to tie! I admit to be a tad vain; I seriously consider my “ponytail swish” to be part of my everyday jog.

Androgenetic alopecia is a genetically acquired hair loss. I’m losing strands of hair more than the normal 60 to 100 strands per day at an early age of 24 because that’s how heredity would have it. My mom had warned me of this condition since she had experienced the same plight. But I thought I might dodge that hair problem because of how much a health buff I am; I thought I was oozing with health and energy too much to go through hair loss this early.

Not to say that our family is a baldy bunch, but I found out that my 26-year-old cousin was going through the same fate. She was the one who introduced me to the Leimo Hair Treatment Pack. “C’mon, cuz, even the packaging hints at being sporty,” so my cousin egged me on to give it a try.

The scent alone of the Leimo Bio-Cleansing Shampoo got me to ditch my long-used old one. And true to its word, the Leimo Bio-Cleansing Shampoo does clean my hair and scalp; I mean I do get that fresh and clean feeling of my head, even after I jog, what with the sweat and all. The Leimo Thickening Conditioner claims to replenish moisture and add volume to my hair by nourishing my hair follicles and scalp; I do believe it did just that since I now find myself using a bigger hair tie. I tend to be a little aggressive in giving my whole body a scrub since I have to pass through some traffic on my way to my favorite jogging area, hence having dust and smoke on me. But I now can take it easy on my skin because the Leimo Scalp and Body Scrub is actually an exfoliant too. The Leimo Scalp Therapy and Scalp Serum are not quite good on the nose, but hey, good medicine can’t be all that sweet; they play a great part in assuring a normal growth of my hair by fighting the effects of DHT (dihydrotestosterone), the main stimulant of hair loss.

I have my cousin and Leimo, all the more, to thank. It’s been close to a year since I have started using the product. I continue to jog every day with my ponytail being more gracious in its swishing.
