Consume a balanced diet
Eating a well-balanced diet is a good idea because taking in one thing again and again is not in the best interest of your health. It's a great idea to only eat reasonable amounts of one food as this is better for your health. Make certain you consume adequate carbohydrate foods as they'll provide you with energy; consume the proper amount of protein because protein will help build and repair cells; and consume some fats as fat is important in your diet (just not too much and try to avoid the bad fats!). Don't try to eat too much during each meal.
Try to keep your food portions modest. A lot of us usually overeat because we simply don't want to stop eating.
