    The most important component I believe is stretching. Take a belt, a towel, and stretch your feet everyday BEFORE getting out of bed. Put the towel at the ball of the foot and pull both sides toward you like a horse bridle while keeping your knee straight. You should feel a pulling sensation behind your knee and down your leg. Hold this position for 30 seconds and repeat five times with 30 seconds rest between each stretch.

    Your feet are not supposed to hurt. If your feet hurt – they are telling you something is wrong. Many people who experience foot pain have a neuroma. A neuroma is a painful condition that is sometimes referred to as a pinched nerve or a nerve tumor in your foot. It is a benign growth of nerve tissue frequently found between the third and fourth toes, bringing pain, burning sensation, tingling, or numbness between the toes and the foot.
